The staff was super friendly and helpful! the breakfast had so many options. The fresh fruit was delicious. i really liked the rooftop pool and jacuzzi too. It was great.
my room was a bit dark and small because it didn't have windows! the noise from the air conditioning outside was really loud. also, the shower in the bathtub made the floor super wet, and it was a bit slippery.

The location was acceptable, being close to the market and coffee shops.
I faced an issue with the minibar not being restocked of several nights. The bed sheets had rips and were not changed. They were just rotated (I found that quite annoying). The balcony was also quite dirty, littered with discarded cigarettes.
